The Role
Run a bar where everybody feels like a regular.
We are looking for an experienced full-time Bartender who takes pride in their work, keeps the bar running smoothly, and makes every guest feel welcome. Our daytime bartenders also pick up tables, so you need to be comfortable serving as well as tending bar. If you know your way around a busy pub bar and want a spot behind one of Greendale's favorites, we want to hear from you.
Full-time hours
We need full availability — days, nights, and weekends — for a consistent full-time schedule.
Bar and floor
Daytime bartenders also pick up tables, so serving experience keeps your shifts busy and your tips strong.
Day to day
What you will do
- Mix, pour, and serve drinks during service
- Pick up tables during daytime shifts — take orders, run food, and serve guests
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized
- Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service standards
- Handle tabs and payments accurately
- Take care of regulars and make new guests feel at home
- Communicate with the kitchen team and management
- Be dependable, on time, and ready to work
Experience required
Bartending experience
Prior bartending experience is required for this position. You should be comfortable running a busy bar on your own — pours, cocktails, tabs, and keeping the rail moving during a rush.
Daytime bartenders also serve tables, so serving experience is a must for day shifts.
