The Role

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone with real kitchen experience who can work independently, stay organized during service, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly. You take pride in your work, can keep up in a busy pub kitchen, and understand the importance of quality, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Day to day
What you will do
- Work kitchen stations during service
- Prepare food according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and speed of service
- Complete prep work and help ensure the kitchen is ready for service
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate with the kitchen team and management
- Help maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment
- Be dependable, on time, and ready to work
Experience required
Qualifying kitchen experience
Qualifying experience means prior work in a full-service restaurant, pub, bar & grill, diner, banquet kitchen, or similar food-service environment where you were responsible for cooking, prep, food quality, station work, and real kitchen-service pace.
Fast-food or quick-service experience alone does not qualify for this position.
