The Role
Step onto the line and own it.
This is not an entry-level kitchen position. We need someone with multiple years of experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen who can step onto the line, learn our menu quickly, and confidently work multiple stations with minimal training. The right candidate is comfortable handling a busy service, working independently, staying organized during rushes, and holding high standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and speed.

Experienced cooks only
At least 2–3 years of professional cooking experience in a full-service, high-volume kitchen is required.
Day to day
What you will do
- Work multiple kitchen stations during service
- Prepare food according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation
- Keep up with a busy kitchen during high-volume periods
- Complete assigned prep work before service
- Keep stations stocked, clean, and organized
- Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and management
- Assist other stations when needed
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work
- Help maintain a professional and respectful kitchen environment

We are looking to fill this position right away. You should be available to begin working immediately or within the next several days. Candidates who require several weeks before starting may not be considered for this opening.
Experience required
2–3+ years on a real line
You should have at least 2–3 years of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant, pub, bar and grill, diner, banquet kitchen, or similar high-volume food-service environment, including real experience with:
- Working multiple stations during service
- Grill, flat-top, fryer, sauté, and food assembly
- Preparing food quickly without sacrificing quality
- Completing prep work and setting up stations
- Following recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations
- Managing multiple tickets during busy service
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Working independently without constant supervision
Fast-food or quick-service experience alone — such as McDonald's, Arby's, or similar restaurants — does not meet the experience requirements for this position.
